[ARCHIVED] LPD Offers Teen Citizen's Academy

Chief Terrence Green is pleased to announce a new youth outreach program with the Teen Citizen's Academy which will be held at the Lexington Police Department on Tuesday, July 13, Wednesday, July 14, and Thursday, July 15, 2021.

These daylong classes will begin at 8:00 a.m. and end at 4:00 p.m. Attendees are asked to choose their preferred day to attend.

The Teen Citizen's Academy is open for rising 7th graders to 12th graders. Breakfast and lunch will be provided to those who attend.

Printed applications and the parental waiver for the Teen Citizen's Academy can be picked up at the Lexington Police Department or downloaded from our website.

Completed applications can be returned to the Lexington Police Department during business hours.
