North Lake Corridor Phase III

The North Lake Corridor will be improved over several phases, starting at the end of the One-Way Pair to the North Lake Drive at Sunset Boulevard intersection. The improvements will focus on safety and operations along this corridor, which serves over 40,000 vehicles daily.

Both Phase I and Phase II have been completed. H-Tax has funded all Phases.

Phase I (2019) - Widening of North Lake Drive from the One-Way Pair split at Church Street to the existing Dreher Street

Phase II (2022) - Harmon Street Extension and relocation of Dreher Street to North Lake Drive at Azalea Drive. 

Phase III (2024) - Phase III will begin where the Harmon Street Extension project left off starting a Dreher St. and continuing to the Jim Hudson dealership on highway 378.
