Spring has sprung in the Town of Lexington! With the warmer weather here to stay, our calendars will fill with activities and events. .
This month the Town is collaborating with the Lexington County Recreation and Aging Commission to host the Sixth Annual Flashlight Easter Egg Hunt & Carnival in the Park. The event will take place at Gibson Road Soccer Complex (104 Duffie Drive) from 6:00pm - 8:30pm for ages 0-10, along with an all ages special needs field. Tickets are $5 for each person. Additionally, the Town is celebrating March for Meals month with the Lexington County Recreation an Aging Commission. We hosted a campaign kick-off at the Icehouse Amphitheater and there will be several Meals on Wheels fundraising events throughout the month including: Pancake Fundraiser on Saturday, March 4 from 8am - 10am at Fatz Cafe (942 East Main St.) and a Zumbathon fundraiser on Saturday, March 11 from 10am - 12pm at the Lexington Leisure Center 108 Park Rd.).
