Board of Appearance
The Board of Appearance consists of five members who are appointed by Town Council. At least two of the members must be registered architects, one member must either be an architect or otherwise employed in the building profession, and at least two of the members must be Town citizens.
The Board of Appearance is charged with the following responsibilities:
Hearing appeals of decisions by Town staff to deny a Certificate of Appropriateness to a project because it fails to meet the Town's Architectural and Appearance Standards

The meetings of the Board of Appearance are open to the public and all interested parties are urged to attend.
