The Town of Lexington Board of Zoning Appeals consists of 5 members who are appointed to 3-year terms, must be Town residents and must have building experience. The Board holds its meetings on the first Thursday of the month at 6:30 p.m. only when a request is submitted. These meetings are held in the Lexington Town Hall , 111 Maiden Lane . An agenda for each regular and special called meeting is posted at Town Hall and contains the items to be considered by the Board. In order to be placed on the agenda, any item of business for the Board's must be submitted by the first day of the month for the Board of Zoning Appeals to meet on the issue the first Thursday of the following month. The Board of Zoning Appeals meetings are public meetings and all interested persons are urged to attend.
